Sometime around the tragedy that was 9/11, I started work on a series about the Four Seals of Revelation Chapter Six. Little did I know that events would subsequently occur that seemed to add confirmation upon confirmation that the four seals were actually being loosed in our day.
Today I have updated the series, in particular the article on the Fourth Seal, to cover the news of a disease that is now affecting most of the world – the coronavirus known as COVID-19.
For those of you not familiar with the articles, here are my website links:
Please bear in mind that most of this series of articles was written many years ago. I have made some guesses, based on prophecy and known events, especially with regard to Israel. We need to keep watching and praying because there may be much more to come – God willing!
Many believe that during the last days there is to be a blasphemous unholy “trinity” that mimics the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In the book of Revelation we do see three satanic figures emerge, two from the earth and one (initially) in the skies, the heavenlies. Continue reading →
What is the significance of the “ten days” mentioned in scripture? In particular, there is a rather mysterious mention of ten days of tribulation in Revelation 2:10. Nothing in scripture is purely arbitrary or random so I have looked into what the ten days means.
Some hints in the Old Testament
The price of REDEMPTION was TEN gerahs, half a shekel (Exo 30:12-16). This sum was the Atonement price for each individual, given to the Temple. Continue reading →
After the seventh seal is opened on the scroll in the Book of Revelation, there is “silence in heaven for half an hour”. (Rev 8:1)
So many people have commented on this fact, and there are so many suggestions about its meaning, that it’s bewildering. I too used to ponder on its meaning… until…
I had decided to explore the idea of the Book of Revelation being arranged within the framework of a Jewish Feast, Yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement (which seems apt, since the contents of the Book are about the final redemption.) Continue reading →
For many years, the classic evangelical interpretation of the first seal opened in Revelation – the Rider of the White Horse – is that it’s the Antichrist. It is said he comes at the beginning of a seven-year tribulation before which all the Church is taken out of the world by the Rapture.
This bedrock teaching has hardly ever been challenged in the modern day, except perhaps by those who see the first seal as Jesus Christ, or as a metaphor for a historic event.
Let’s deal with this first theory, which began to be taught from around 150 AD. The white horse rider cannot be Jesus Christ, because He is seen in Heaven when the four riders are sent forth (and the living creatures do not command Jesus Christ but the other way round.)
To say that the first rider is Jesus Christ is inconsistent with the nature of all four horsemen, who are spirit beings causing chaos on Earth. They cause a series of preparatory disasters and judgements, leading to mankind’s yearning for a new messiah.

I have decided to continue my series on the Four Seals of Revelation Chapter 6 by updating the information to include the fourth seal.
We have no real proof of what that seal may be, as the bible does not (contrary to popular belief) say that the pale horse with Death and Hades is “plague”. It only speaks of “death” in various forms. Nonetheless, I thought it would be a good idea to look into current events to see how they might fit in to the sequence that has been unfolding since 1994.
As some of you will know, I differ from the traditional opinion, in believing we are already in the time of the opening of the seals of Revelation. Anyone curious about my viewpoint of the endtimes should have a good look around my Birthpangs website, and perhaps it would be useful to glance at this chart which accompanies my lengthy article on Revelation and Yom Kippur in the Temple.
In short, I do not hold to the conventional pre-seven-year rapture position. I am what you might call a “mid-seal rapturist”. Nonetheless I DO believe in the rapture of the Church! But in that context, I will dive straight into the subject at hand, the fourth seal.

HAVE WE GOT IT WRONG? Is the Antichrist really the False Prophet?
Worshipping The Wrong Messiah
In these days of floods of teaching everywhere, we owe it to ourselves to stick very close to the bible in all that we believe. For that reason I’m going to correct an idea that most people (including myself) held to without really checking it out. That idea is about the person we call the Antichrist.
I am sure that I’ll find, when I check up on myself, the many articles, emails and other pieces of information I’ve shared where – along with everyone else – I identified the two main evil characters in Revelation as the Antichrist and the False Prophet.
Nothing wrong with that, you say. But is it biblical?
Up to recently it probably didn’t matter much, as it’s only a tag, a label. WE knew who we were talking about. NOW, it’s become more and more urgent to get all these things correct before we see them happening for real.
