Noahide Laws – A Dangerous Proposal

It is our duty to force all mankind to accept the seven Noahide laws, and if not—they will be killed.” (Rabbi Yitzhak Ginsburg, Ma’ariv, October 6, 2004)

The penalty for violating any of these Noahide Laws is spelled out on page 1192 of the Encyclopedia Judaica, … ‘violation of any one of the seven laws subjects the Noahide to capital punishment by decapitation’.”

“The Sages teach that when a non-Jew keeps these laws …he earns himself eternal life in the world to come, with a spiritual reward comparable to that of a Jewish High Priest. In addition, when man fulfills his potential, the whole of creation is nurtured and elevated to realize its goal. This transforms the world into a beautiful place where G-d will choose to dwell in a revealed way, very, very soon.”  [Chabad of UK; 53-55 Oldhill Street, London N16 6LU]

Before I get into the discussion, I’d like to point out that one of the most disturbing remarks relating to the Seven Noahide Laws is that found above, saying that when they are instituted worldwide, they will result not only in a transformed world but one where “God dwells in a revealed way, very, very soon”.

This God is NOT the Lord Jesus Christ! I leave you to ponder which god it might be, and what will actually happen when he is “revealed very soon”.

Also see the penalty for disobeying him, found in Revelation 20:4 “And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands.”

America Signing Noahide Into Law

You may have heard the news that the (self-appointed?) Sanhedrin within Israel “invited the 70 Nations to A Noahide Conference in Jerusalem Sept 26, 2019, where they sacrificed a Goat and burnt it on an altar.” … There have been annual conferences of Noahides in Jerusalem in 2016, 2017, 2018 and this year in 2019”. [Source].

Did George Bush sign these into American Law in 1991? See this site. It seems that all Presidents have accommodated the Sanhedrin over the years.

In 2017 “In an ancient and honored Jewish custom, the nascent Sanhedrin sent a letter to the new leader of the U.S., President Donald Trump, blessing him and calling on him to take the lead in restoring America and the world. The Sanhedrin also called on the new President to acknowledge and uphold the Seven Noahide laws.” [Source]

I assume they will shortly send a similar message to President-elect Joe Biden. How will he respond?

What Are The Noahide Laws?

Discussion in ‘Biblical Issues Other Than Marriage & Family‘ started by FollowingHim, (Admin) Jun 11, 2019.

Over the last two years, people have begun to enquire about the Noahide laws. These supposed laws originate in the Talmud, and do not appear in the Bible. They appear initially harmless – but are extremely dangerous.

The seven laws themselves were written by Rambam (a famous Rabbi). He claimed to be recording something that was much older, but there is no previous record of them in this form. They actually contradict the much older book of Jubilees, found at Qumran – so of reliable antiquity – that records a different set of laws as being given to Noah. (As you can see from the image above, there are variations of the Seven Laws according to which group supports them.)

But the new laws that Rambam claimed were given to Noah are:

  1. Not to worship idols.
  2. Not to curse God.
  3. To establish courts of justice.
  4. Not to commit murder.
  5. Not to commit adultery, bestiality, or sexual immorality.
  6. Not to steal.
  7. Not to eat flesh torn from a living animal.

These all sound fairly harmless on the surface. The problem is that this isn’t the entire picture. Being written by the rabbis, they are also added to (some say there are 30 laws, others that they are seven categories containing hundreds of laws) and interpreted by the rabbis, and the interpretation is highly problematic.

And the penalty for disobeying any of these laws is death by beheading.

Very critically, the idea that Jesus / Yeshua is God is considered idolatry. So, according to Talmud, Christianity is forbidden under the first Noahide law. And idolatry is punishable by death, so Christianity is punishable by death. This is serious. This is the deeper truth.

There are strong similarities between the implications of Noahide laws and the implications of Sharia – but the major difference is that Sharia is openly opposed by most Christians, while Noahide laws are sneaking in to the secular law of Western countries through the back door. So in the long run they may pose a greater danger.

True Judaism

There is a serious difference between true Judaism, those Jews who follow Torah and simply have not yet accepted Messiah, and Talmudic Judaism, that accepts all these additional writings including the Noahide laws.

What I am saying here is not anti-Jewish or anti-Messianic. It is a warning against a very serious deception instigated by a part of the Jewish community – just as there are some groups of Christians that have problematic views also.

If you have been drawn into this issue, you should take two hours to watch this comprehensive discussion to see what’s really going on.

Follow “Israeli News Live” on Youtube for continued discussion on this issue. Steven Ben-Nun and his wife are well worth listening to on matters relating to Israel and Judaism – Steven is a Jewish believer in Yeshua who has been growing in his understanding over the years and has a unique perspective. But note that this particular video is not on their channel – they have been receiving so much persecution for revealing this that they’ve had to pull many Noahide videos off YouTube, so this one has been shared by a different ministry. This information is being heavily suppressed.

COMMENT: PeteR Moderator Thank you for posting with a clear statement. Indeed, the Noahide deception is coming and will be very dangerous for Hebrew roots, Christians and Messianic Jews. I believe it will be one of the tools used by the antimessiah against ‘those who have the testimony of Yeshua and keep the commandments of God.’ Here’s a very good article on the matter.

Who Will Enforce These Laws?

NOAHIDE LAW 7. “Mankind is commanded to establish courts of justice and a just social order to enforce the first six laws and enact any other useful laws or custom“. So guess who wants to be the worldwide Supreme Court? It is none other than the nascent Sanhedrin, now convening in their new headquarters under the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. See photo below:

The Noahide laws have no place in the nations, and should be foreclosed by International Law to be inapplicable in all nations with the possible exception of Israel. In addition to being an open contradiction to the Torah, anathema to the New Testament (the Brit Chadasha), and fraudulent in their creation, they also violate the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.  [Source]

  1. Without the references to Judaism and the Sanhedrin, I would have thought you were describing Islam. The laws are basically the same and it is obvious they both serve the same god, i.e. Satan.
So, we know that Satan is out to get anyone serving Christ, as he “goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.” While we must not be ignorant of his wiles and devices, we are not to fear him or his innumerable servants. Christ and the apostles did not fear the Sanhedrin, nor should we. Let us focus upon what our Master has commanded us to do – be lights set upon a hill, preaching the gospel, and making disciples.
Our Lord’s kingdom must be lived out in the lives of His disciples, knowing that we are not of this world. It is the gates of hell that will not stand against His Church and His Kingdom – not the other way around.
    God bless.

  2. I first became aware of the Noahide laws nearly twenty years ago from Barbara Aho’s website, but it was just this year and thanks to John Blanchette’s writings that I could put it into context. Blanchette has, I think, correctly seen the threat of an authoritarian, New World Order antichrist as an enemy designed to create a rebellion built on individual awakening and classical liberal ideas, a left-hand path that gives way to the right-hand path of magic. I disagree with Blanchette that a right-hand-path leader is the final antichrist, but rather the antichrist’s antichrist (of course there would be layers of deception), and I expect this penultimate antichrist to fall with Mystery Babylon, which in turn is not Jerusalem but rather what the United States will become. (Jerusalem and greater Israel will receive a chastisement under both his schema and mine, but by mine it fulfills Isaiah 17 (and perhaps Psalm 83) rather than Mystery Babylon.)

I’ve never been able to rally with conservative Christians in support of the State of Israel, but I’m also cautious of those who would place too much blame on it, as I would say Aho has done in great detail. With Blanchette’s help I was able to classify Aho’s writings as the right hand path of magic (along with just about everything else in conservative Protestant Christendom) and dismiss any concerns they might have caused me. The piece on the lost tribe of Dan was especially bad, but that’s another story. Her writings also support the final antichrist who will, I think, once again place great value on one’s physical rather then spiritual heritage, for example using the Identity movement.

I don’t think the Noahide Laws (or something similar) will be enforced before their time, and until then they are mostly an enticement to become an activist rather than an Anabaptist. I think there will be a physical deliverance for those who watch and pray, as there has been many times before. Watch for a call to safety when the faithful are warned to leave Mystery Babylon.

  3. Thank you for explaining this Trish. I’d heard many folks complaining about it all but no thorough explanation. I haven’t heard any minister, on or off media, teaching on this and I read and reread Biblical passages concerning Noah but couldn’t find any mention of this. The word Sanhedrin just means a court and there were many courts in Israel in ancient times. I suspect we still translate it in scripture as this because of anti-Semitism. Like ‘the synagogue of Satan’ which isn’t Jews and it’s the only place where synagogue is left in the Greek. All other times it is translated ‘meetings’ I think.
